Known as Tracy
My husband and I moved to Bronxville as a young couple because the community made sense for our lives. We wanted to be close to the city, walking distance to Metro North, near the airports, but in a real village with shops, restaurants, a library, a movie theater. A place where you could actually build a life. We loved living here so much that we raised our two children in this community, and even after two relocations to the Midwest, we always came back to Bronxville. Bronxville has a way of doing that to people.
That experience shapes everything about how I work with clients. I understand what draws people to this community because I have lived it, left it, and chosen to come back to it.
When I list a home I ask myself, if this were my home, how would I want my agent to handle this? When I work with buyers I put myself in their position. What do they actually need, what are they worried about, and how do I use everything I know to get them the best possible outcome?
My entire career has been in real estate, beginning in commercial appraisal, valuation, and consulting before transitioning into residential sales. I received my Real Estate Salesperson license in 2008 and have been selling ever since. That foundation in appraisal and valuation gives me a depth of market understanding and have been invaluable.
Together with my partner Patty Breen, we have built Breen & Walsh at Compass into one of Bronxvilles most trusted real estate teams. We have been recognized by RealTrends as a Top Small Team nationally, and I have been named a Westchester Magazine Top Real Estate Agent five consecutive years, from 2021 through 2025. What matters most to me is that my clients feel taken care of from the first conversation to the closing table.
I currently serve as member of the board on the Bronxville Chamber of Commerce Board, and have been involved with the Bronxville Nonpartisan Committee, St. Joseph School, the Parish Council, and Bronxville School activities over the years. I am also a member of the Bronxville Field Club. Bronxville is not just where I work. This is home.
