Tom Keefe is a third-generation real estate leader in the Geneva Lakes region, carrying forward a legacy his family began in 1943. After starting his career in luxury residential brokerage with Corcoran in Manhattan, Tom returned home to take the helm of Keefe Real Estate. As owner and president, he guided the company through a period of growth and modernization before leading its strategic sale to Compass in 2021.

Today, Tom focuses his practice where his expertise creates the greatest impact: representing luxury lakefront estates, advising on commercial sales and leasing, and helping clients navigate the vacation rental investment market. As the owner of Geneva Lakes Vacations, the area’s leading vacation rental management company, and an active commercial property operator, he brings a uniquely informed perspective on both lifestyle and income-producing real estate.

Tom is known for pairing rigorous, data-driven market analysis with a personalized, concierge-style approach. Whether marketing a premier lakefront property, structuring a complex commercial lease, or evaluating the revenue potential of a short-term rental, he ensures every transaction is handled with precision, transparency, and care.

Deeply rooted in Williams Bay, where he lives with his wife Kat and their twin daughters, Lucy and Rose, Tom remains committed to strengthening the community. He serves on the Visit Lake Geneva board, advises the Williams Bay School District, and is an avid outdoorsman who can often be found running, biking, golfing, or boating on the lake.
