Thomas Rassas

Thomas Rassas is a Clarksville native with a deep-rooted understanding of the Middle Tennessee market. He earned his Bachelor's degree in Business Management from the University of Memphis before beginning his career in insurance and finance—experience that sharpened his analytical skills and attention to detail. In 2013, Thomas joined Pilkerton Realtors® and quickly found his passion in real estate, where his client-first approach and market insight have continued to set him apart.

With over 13 years of experience, Thomas has developed a strong reputation for his commitment, professionalism, and ability to guide clients through every step of the buying or selling process. He loves working with first-time home buyers, helping them feel confident and informed as they make one of life’s biggest investments. His knowledge spans both urban and suburban living, offering valuable insight for clients looking to navigate the unique dynamics of Nashville’s growing city core or the quieter neighborhoods surrounding it.

Thomas and his family call Brentwood home, which gives him a firsthand perspective on the area’s amenities, schools, and lifestyle. Whether it’s finding the right home, preparing a property for market, or negotiating a deal, Thomas brings a calm, solutions-oriented mindset to every transaction, ensuring that his clients’ goals are always the priority.

Outside of real estate, Thomas enjoys life with his wife, Alexandra, their daughter Kenna, and their goldendoodle, Duchess. He spends his free time working in the yard, going for a run or bootcamp class, exploring Nashville’s local food and drink scene, traveling to visit his siblings, and enjoying beach trips to Ft. Lauderdale. He also stays active in his church and values time with family and friends.

Thomas is actively involved with Greater Nashville REALTORS® and is proud to be an RPAC "Sterling R" donor, supporting advocacy efforts that protect property rights and strengthen the real estate industry.
