Tom Riley’s deep-rooted connection to Cape Cod began in childhood, spending idyllic summers at his grandparents’ home. Those formative years were filled with swimming, biking, and an early fascination with real estate. While most kids reached for comic books, Tom eagerly collected and studied real estate magazines - his family quickly learned to grab every new issue they came across. After relocating to Chatham, Tom made the Cape his year-round home following his graduation from Boston College.
