Those formative years were filled with swimming, biking, and an early fascination with real estate. While most kids reached for comic books, Tom eagerly collected and studied real estate magazines - his family quickly learned to grab every new issue they came across. After relocating to Chatham, Tom made the Cape his year-round home following his graduation from Boston College.
