Thomas Szoeke

Thomas is a true European with a love affair to New York. Born in Budapest, Hungary, and raised in Vienna, Austria he’s fluent in German and Hungarian as well as English and resides on the Upper East Side. Coming from a real estate and once a managing broker for a European luxury rentals and sales organization, he has a deep understanding of the nuances that come with finding a home.

While in Vienna, he became known as the “residential resource” to many expatriates, diplomats, and international investors who relied on his expertise and understanding of diversity and complex transactions which allowed him a smooth transition into the New York market.

Here, utilizing his experience with corporate relocation, Thomas has found homes for hundreds of clients moving within New York City, as well as professionals relocating from overseas and within the United States. Beyond rentals, he has extensive experience working with seasoned real estate investors as well as guiding first-time buyers through the process of purchasing a home in NYC.

Thomas also works with many apartment owners and landlords, who rely on his marketing and negotiating expertise to sell or rent their properties quickly at the highest price.

Contributing to his worldly professional background is his Master of Social and Economic degree from the Vienna University of Economics and Business, as well as various management positions in the fashion industry. When not helping his clients, Thomas enjoys traveling, sailing, and time with and friends.
