About Payam
Payam Ghafoori brings an unrivaled and comprehensive approach to the real estate industry. Born into a family of real estate investors, his passion for real estate started at a young age. As a native to Marin County, San Francisco and the East Bay he’s ascertained every inch of his respective areas for complete knowledge and expertise. The combination of sheer hustle, energy, tenacity, detail oriented and real estate market knowledge allows Payam’s clientele to thrive and flourish in their real estate endeavors.

Historically, Payam has represented sophisticated institutional grade investors including but not limited to ultra-high-net-worth individuals, private equity sponsors, sovereign wealth funds, technology companies, hedge funds, pension funds, public and private REITs, and global investment banks to source them real estate investment opportunities. Payam currently maintains meaningful relationships with the most active and influential global investors.

The Philanthropy Difference: Payam and his family have a passion for giving back to their community! He donates a portion of his earned commission to a charity of the client’s choice. This is so important and paramount to Payam’s ideology of helping others. Additionally, Payam is enhancing the community through multiple volunteer events in San Francisco and part of a research team to track and curb malnutrition and famine via San Francisco City Impact.

Presently, he resides in San Francisco with his wife, two sons and their dog. In his off-time Payam loves to take his family outdoors to enjoy the beautiful nature of the Bay Area.
