"I had a great experience with Tiffany. She was thorough and efficient and easy to work with. If I ever had questions or issues, she was always quick to get back to me with answers/solutions. I felt she did an excellent job in marketing the home and that she had a real handle on what potential buyers were looking for and knew how to insure that, if my home met their needs, they knew it. "Tiffany Smith is professional, knowledgeable, and honest. She always makes her clients’ best interests her number one priority. In addition, she is a wonderful person who makes the entire process enjoyable. I have recommended her to many friends. Each person who has worked with her has come back to me to say they have had an exceptional buying and/or selling experience with Tiffany. I would recommend her to anyone who is buying a home or selling their existing home!! She helped us sell two homes. We received multiple offers on both homes on the first day on the market (in a market where this is not the norm). She also has helped us find a fantastic home to purchase both times!!" - Cindy

She helped me get the most for my home and coached me on how to stage it, etc. She also handled everything for us along the way and made me feel like I didn't need to stress. She is great at negotiating and using good judgment when it comes to making calls on buying and selling and all of the details that go in to it. It was an awesome experience and we LOVED working with her!" - Lacey

"Tiffany was wonderful! She helped us in listing and selling our home of 24 years and she helped us find and purchase a home. She was very helpful in answering our many questions and she has a gift for staging a home. We had multiple offers the first day on the market. You can't ask for more than that!" - Karen
"Tiffany did a fabulous job helping us find our new home. She was very attentive and wonderfully available, flexible and able to keep us busy seeing new homes. She was patient too, with the number we wanted to see!. She was also really good at helping us learn about Texas, and the special considerations of buying our home here. I think she was best though, at getting a really good sense of what we liked and didn’t, who we are and what sort of a neighborhood we would thrive in. We are delighted with our home, and showing it off to and friends." - Lyda
