Tiffany Villani Stonkus

A third-generation Hingham resident, Tiffany attended Hingham public schools before studying business at Babson College. After college, Tiffany served as the Marketing Director for Coldwell Banker's south shore region, later advancing to Sales Director for an Urban Community Project at the Hingham Shipyard. She transitioned to full-time residential sales in 2007, inspired by her mother’s rise from a stay-at-home mom to a top-producing broker and eventual President of Coldwell Banker New England.

In 2015, Tiffany and her family moved to Boca Raton, where she became a licensed realtor in Florida. During the COVID-19 pandemic, Tiffany’s family returned to Hingham, and she continued to assist families in both states.

Tiffany's expertise in competitive markets is complemented by her business acumen in analytics, market research, communication, and negotiation. However, her greatest strengths are her compassion and respect for each client. Tiffany understands that her role is not just about buying and selling houses, but about guiding families through one of life’s most significant decisions.
