Tiffany Yates

Tiffany Yates is defined by her high level of integrity, tenacious work ethic, and outside-the-box mindset when it comes to navigating the real estate process. Founder of The Yates Collective, she represents buyers, sellers, and investors in homes and condominiums throughout Central Florida, with a focus on luxury properties in Longwood, Winter Park, Maitland, Orlando, Altamonte Springs, and Apopka. 

Growing up in Rockledge in a real estate family that owned a brokerage in Brevard County, Tiffany has a lifetime of exposure in the industry with an intimate knowledge on the market, lifestyle, and culture in the region. After becoming licensed at the age of 18, she wore many hats in real estate – personally investing, working with foreclosed and distressed properties for an investment group in Atlanta, and now focusing on the traditional residential market in and around the greater Orlando area. Helping sellers get the best possible price and finding the perfect fit for buyers is what motivates her each day, further driven by the lifelong friendships she has built over her years in the industry. Her passion for real estate has led her to being named as Orlando Real Producer’s Rising Star, a Top 20 Under 40 Recipient from Orlando Regional Realtor Association for the ‘21/’22 year, and being featured on HGTV’s House Hunters and American Dream TV. 

Matched with the powerhouse Compass technology and service offering, including data & analytics software, staging and renovations programs, and a centralized single-platform interface, Tiffany can streamline communication, awareness, and transaction timeline, freeing up time for her to give back to her clients. She also has access to a national network of agents that open doors to new opportunities and quality referral relationships outside of Orlando. 

In her free time, Tiffany enjoys spending time with her husband, Matt, who has worked with Land Rover Orlando for over 10 years, and their two boys, Zachary and Brighton. They are a family that loves the outdoors and are constantly looking for their next adventure, big or small.
