"I worked with Tim on a recent sale of a condo in Kirkland. The condo has 6 different owners across states and two countries during the height of the Covid Pandemic. It was a mess. First, the sales were shut, then we didn't have open houses, and U.S. consulates were closed in the other country. But the way Tim worked through all of it was totally astounding. He came up with creative techniques and communicated very well with all the 6 owners involved and went above and beyond the regular norms to sell our condo. At the end we got a great price that was more than asking. I have let Tim work on my other 2 properties due to his astuteness in the field and great communication he provided .
