Tim Cahill brings a rare blend of creativity, craftsmanship, and client-focused service to the Victoria & Michael team at Compass. For more than a decade, he co-founded and led inDistressed, a bespoke furniture studio known for original, timeless pieces designed and built entirely by hand. This work honed not only his artistic eye, but also his ability to listen deeply, understand each client’s vision, and transform it into something both functional and beautiful.
Before launching his design career, Tim worked as a personal trainer, a role that strengthened his skills in trust-building, motivation, and guiding people toward meaningful goals. He brings that same dedication to real estate today—combining a refined appreciation for design with a commitment to white-glove, concierge-level service.
Tim’s unique perspective and entrepreneurial spirit make him an invaluable part of the team, adding dimension to the way Victoria & Michael approach each client relationship and property.
