About Tim
Tim brings over 20 years of combined real estate experience to the St. André team. His career began with legendary marketer Louise Sunshine and includes high-profile postings with Related and Mitsui Fudosan and critical contributions to the development and marketing of $14B in luxury real estate assets and experiences throughout the US. Immediately prior to joining St. Andre, Tim was the Chief Marketing Officer at LEFT LANE, a private equity firm focused on top-of-market hotel development in high-growth secondary markets.
Beyond bolstering St. André’s formidable development marketing platform - which includes the record-shattering 17 Jane Street amongst others - Tim brings considerable real estate brokerage experience to the JSA team. Initially licensed in 2003, he became a principal broker in 2007 shortly after joining Flank as Managing Director of Development. Flank pioneered ultra-high-end boutique condominium development and was amongst the first sponsors to offer 24-hour services and a full-suite of amenities to a building with less than 10 homes. Flank, also the design architect for their projects, had earned a reputation for accommodating and executing substantive design changes for individual purchasers. Tim was tasked with building a brokerage platform and extending Flank’s dynamic approach to development to the point of sale. Flank Brokerage would go on to successfully market a suite of highly notable projects that included 320 West 12th Street and 224 Mulberry Street.
Tim has also grown a large practice as a buyer’s broker having represented purchasers at new developments including 70 Vestry Street, 200 Amsterdam, 378 West End Avenue, 150 Charles Street, 250 West Street, 275 West 10th Street, 71 Laight Street, amongst others.
