PROFESSIONAL EXPERIENCE
I obtained my California Real Estate License in 1987, starting my career at Sapunar Realty. Coldwell Banker acquired Sapunar Realty in 2001. Over my 31-year sales career I have annually received awards recognition for top production. I served my Coldwell Banker agent community as Branch Manager at the San Francisco Lakeside office during 2007-2008. I returned to a Realtor Sales Associate role in 2008.

I specialize in Probate, Trust and Conservatorship real estate sales, having assisted over 610 estates during my sales career. I am exceptionally skilled in explaining the intricacies, nuances and advantages of Probate and Trust Sales of real property.

I may be the most referred Realtor by Estate Attorneys in handling Probate and Trust Estate Sales in San Francisco and I am a frequent speaker and mentor to Realtor colleagues and groups on Estate Sales.

PERSONAL BACKGROUND
I enjoyed an 11-year sales career in business computing systems and wholesale sporting goods before beginning my successful career in Real Estate, specializing in probate sales since 1987 and having assisted over 610 estates during my 31 year career.

Outside hobby interests include a CYO/PAL/Park&Rec coaching career of elementary school children (Soccer, Basketball & Baseball) for the past 52 years at St. Vincent de Paul School in San Francisco, and induction in 2009 into the San Francisco CYO Athletics Hall of Fame.

I am married to Celine, an administrator at two private single-sex High Schools in San Francisco (Convent of the Sacred Heart, and Immaculate Conception Academy/Cristo Rey) during her 40+ year education career. Together we have 5 beautiful children, Danny (#1 son and real estate business partner), Caitlin, Caroline, Colleen and Claire, and even as blessed with 6 grandchildren, Camilla, Clementine, Lillian, Augustine, Luca and Audrey.
