Tim joined the Slater Team at Compass after working 3 years prior at a reputable Commercial Real Estate firm specializing in high-end retail. He formerly performed professionally around the globe in hit shows such as RENT. As a resident of NYC for 21 years, Tim brings a deep knowledge and understanding of NYC submarkets and has honed in on a strong ability and experience in negotiating deals. He is thrilled to continue servicing commercial clientele while expanding his expertise into the residential world. Tim has resided on the Upper West Side in Manhattan for the last decade.
