C. Timothy Gossen

Tim Gossen is a native of Rayne, LA, and graduated from Notre Dame High School of Acadia Parish, LA. He then earned degrees in Architectural Drafting and Architectural Estimating from Southwest Louisiana Vocational College in Crowley, LA.

In 1974, Tim began his professional career with the prestigious residential building firm Nolan & Henry Simon, where he eventually earned the title of General Manager. His responsibilities included designing and overseeing all new construction in some of Lafayette's top subdivisions, including Bois De Lafayette, Tanglewood Terrace, Carolwood, Orgeron Heights, and Villa Hernandez. In 1977, Tim received his Louisiana Real Estate License.

With the slowdown in the local economy in the mid-eighties, Tim enrolled at The University of Southwestern Louisiana (now UL Lafayette) and earned a BS in General Studies, graduating in December 1989. In 2000, he obtained his Real Estate Broker License and transitioned to full-time real estate sales.

Tim has sold many homes in Acadiana, and his clients consider him a friend. He specializes in residential home sales, commercial land sales, and service stations. Known for greeting clients with a smile, an outgoing personality, and a wealth of real estate knowledge, Tim would be honored to serve as your next Realtor®. He currently resides in his ancestral home in Roberts Cove, LA, with his dogs and cats.
