Tim’s Concierge Page
Client Testimonials"We’ve known Tim for eight years when our oldest children met at a daycare in Swampscott. Tim knows the area incredibly well - always taking the opportunity to connect with the community through town recreation programs, sports activities, and even during those summer beach days. He’s our favorite neighbor, always friendly, approachable and available when we’re in a bind - from helping us out with kiddo pickup, to getting our boat in the water, to teaching our boys how to body surf. He’s dependable, which not only makes him a great friend but gives us an opportunity to confidently write this testimonial on his behalf. Tim will be a great partner as you navigate your search for a new home!" — Aaron and Shanna C | Neighbors, Owners of Settler Restaurant in Salem, MA
"I’ve had the pleasure of knowing Tim for about three years. We serve together on the Swampscott Little League board of directors and collaborate on a number of behind the scenes activities that are essential to the health and sustainability of our league. Little League is 100% run by volunteers and Tim is one of our most dedicated board members. Tim is poised, well-organized, creative and energetic. Last year, Tim identified an opportunity to revamp our baseball winter-clinic program and drove the entire process from conception to implementation. Each session was smoothly run and we received feedback from parents that it was our most successful winter clinic yet! In addition to his duties on the board, Tim often serves as the manager for his kids’ teams. Tim is well respected amongst our little league community and has coached at many levels. After getting to know Tim over the last few years, I can vouch for his work ethic and integrity, and would highly recommend him to anyone looking to buy or sell a home!” — Al P | Swampscott Little League Vice-President, Swampscott, MA
"My husband Joe and I met Tim three years ago when he was our son’s first baseball coach. Since then, he's coached our son several times over, and we have come to appreciate what an important member of our community he is. What truly stands out about Tim is his ability to connect and communicate across audiences – with the kids on the field, with us as parents on the sidelines. He is caring, candid with feedback, and committed to the best outcome for the kids, helping them grow through both wins and losses and keeping it fun. He is organized, proactive in communication, and great at setting expectations. And he shows up – 100% of the time! The combination of these qualities makes him a person a whole family can fully depend on, and that is the kind of partner I would entrust with navigating the process of finding or selling a home. At heart, Tim is a connector and a community builder." — Joe and Dana A. | Swampscott, MA
"I am writing to recommend Tim Knauer as a highly skilled real estate agent for anyone seeking a home in the North Shore region of Massachusetts. Though we ultimately decided to move out of state and did not complete a transaction with him, Tim's in-depth knowledge of the area and genuine concern for our needs left a lasting impression on our family. Tim's expertise in the local real estate market, schools, and local amenities was invaluable during our search. He took the time to understand our priorities and provided well-thought-out recommendations. Tim's exceptional communication skills kept us informed and up-to-date throughout the entire process, and his patient and attentive approach set him apart from other agents we have worked with in the past. We wholeheartedly recommend Tim as a real estate agent who is both knowledgeable and truly dedicated to his clients. We are confident that anyone looking to buy or sell a home in the North Shore area would greatly benefit from his expertise and commitment." — Rowland & Jordan | Somerville, MA
"We could not have been happier with how Tim helped us find a new home from out of state (Texas). He did any number of walk-throughs on FaceTime with us and gave us what we now know was great feedback and advice on areas, down to the traffic on individual roads. He was incredibly patient and gave us very useful feedback when we put together offers in what proved to be a very competitive market." Lindsey & Crispin | Houston, TX
