About Tim
As a native Chicagoan, Tim has lived in many of the city’s beautiful and robust neighborhoods. This, coupled with his expansive knowledge of financial and economic markets and being on both the buy and sell side of a property transaction, ignited a strong passion real estate.

After graduating from Bradley University with a degree in Finance and Economics, Tim went on to work one of the top options market making firms in Chicago. Having spent over 10 years in the trading industry, Tim developed strong analytical skills and a great deal of knowledge about interest rates and the financial markets that he finds imperative when having in depth conversations with clients about the right time to buy, sell or . His expansive network, dependability and attention to detail will ensure a smooth real estate transaction process.

Tim recognizes that real estate brokers are a dime-a-dozen in Chicago; most are very complacent. He takes the extra steps to set himself apart. These efforts are highlighted in his custom marketing plans that are property-specific, from staging to drone videos, you can expect your property to be highlighted in ways that extend beyond simply posting the property. 

Since joining Compass in 2018, Tim and his business partner, Michael Mandile, have expanded their team from two agents to 13 producing agents, collectively closing more than 1100+ transactions and surpassing $300 million in sales over the past five years. Tim has been recognized by the Chicago Association of Realtors as a "Top Producer" every year from 2017 to 2025, highlighting his consistent success and excellence in the industry.

In his spare time, Tim enjoys trying many of Chicago’s great restaurants and entertainment offerings with his family and friends. Attending sporting events, golfing and hosting barbecues are some of Tim’s top interests.
