From private estates to private homes, Tim O’Sullivan has built a career around an appreciation for beautiful spaces, thoughtful service, and the details that make a house feel like home.
Before finding his way to real estate, Tim served as an estate manager for some of the most
discerning clients in New York City, Vail, Southampton, and Boston. Along the way, the
classically trained musician also spent time as a private chef in New York City—an
unconventional path that ultimately shaped his instinct for hospitality, discretion, and exceptional
client care.
With construction in his background and numerous renovation projects under his belt, Tim has
an eye for seeing what a property is—and what it could be. Equal parts negotiator, problem
solver, and trusted advisor, he brings a calm, hands-on approach to every transaction. Whether
navigating a competitive offer, preparing a home for market, or weighing the possibilities of a
renovation, Tim believes the best real estate experience is one where his clients feel informed,
protected, and genuinely looked after from beginning to end.
A longtime lover of architecture, design, food, and the arts, Tim is happiest taking advantage of
everything Boston and New England have to offer. You’re as likely to find him trying a new
restaurant as taking in the Boston Symphony Orchestra—or heading out of the city for a hike
with his Weimaraner, Monza. He also makes time for community outreach, volunteering with
local organizations and neighbors throughout Greater Boston. For Tim, real estate has always
been about more than the property itself; it’s about the people, the places, and the lives that
unfold within them.Whether you're buying your first home, selling a longtime residence, or searching for your next investment, Tim offers a professional, approachable experience built on integrity, market knowledge, and personalized service. His commitment is simple: to guide you confidently through every step of the process while helping you find not just the right property, but the right place to call home.
