Tim Sheahan

Tim Sheahan was a Principal/Partner at CONLON Real Estate and assisted in the merging of their 200+ brokers to join forces with Compass Real Estate in 2018. As founder of The Sheahan Group, he has been one of the top producing brokers in Chicago for the past 18 years and has successfully negotiated and closed over $1.1 billion in real estate. Active in all facets of real estate, Tim specializes in new construction development projects, investment sales and condo and single family home resales.

Tim represents a myriad of luxury developments in the most exclusive Chicago neighborhoods such as Lincoln Park, Lakeview, West Loop, Bucktown and Roscoe Village. In addition to sales he also consults his clients on zoning, land acquisition, and design elements throughout the development process.

Tim has been recognized for his excellence in real estate sales and developments by Chicago Association of Realtors and Illinois Association of Realtors as well as being named to Metro Chicago Real Estate’s “30 under 30” and Realtor Magazine’s “40 under 40” lists. He has been interviewed for real estate articles featured in Crain’s, Chicago Tribune, Chicago Real Estate Daily, Wall Street Journal, The Real Deal and Chicago Agent Magazine.

Tim graduated from the University of Illinois at Urbana-Champaign in 1997 where he was a four year member of the wrestling team and earned the prestigious George Huff award for excellence in academics and athletics. Located in Roscoe Village/Lakeview, The Sheahan Group has long maintained their office in the neighborhood for the past 18 years.
