"Tim Robertson represented us in the sale of our townhouse in East Bluff in Newport Beach. He came in and advised us of a few repairs and freshen up ideas which we went with. Our townhouse sold to one of the 8 potential buyers who walked it the first day it was open. The deal was negotiated within 5 days and in escrow within a week. He had to work hard to get our price which was a record for the plan we were selling. The most it had ever sold for was 1.2 million and he got 1.65 million furnished! Needless to say we are trilled and very impressed with his skills. The escrow process went off without a hitch and the closing took place in about 40 days. We never had any problem reaching Tim and he got back to us right away with anything we needed. Also he handled getting the work we needed to have done on our place from his 'update' suggestions and the repairs that came up in the inspection.
