About Tina

The decision to buy or sell a home is an important one, and while it can be an emotional time, it shouldn't be an emotional decision. The financial issues need to be fully considered, the market properly evaluated, potential repairs and/or improvements evaluated, and contract negotiations done strategically. If all of that is done right, there are no second thoughts about the decision made.

Tina brings her experience as a former CPA, as the daughter of a contractor, and as an award-winning sales executive to help make sure you make the right decision and have a smooth transaction. After attending the University of Wisconsin and obtaining her accounting degree, she practiced as a CPA with both Deloitte and Hallmark. She then honed her skills as a sales executive and contract specialist for two top vaccine companies. She has extensive experience with rehabbing and decorating homes which helps for both sellers and buyers. Tina made the decision to leave the corporate world to work professionally on what she had always loved: buying and selling homes. She approaches each decision like it were her own to make sure every transaction is a huge success for both her buyers and sellers.
