About Tina
Born and raised in Germany, Tina's early years were filled with travel, thanks to her military family. It was during these formative experiences that her fascination with architecture and real estate took root. Throughout much of her career in banking and private equity, Tina honed her skills in overseeing investor relations, which equipped her with strong negotiation abilities and a keen eye for identifying lucrative deals. 

Since relocating to Sarasota in 2020, Tina has shifted her focus to working with investors to acquire investment properties. Her in-depth knowledge of the local market, combined with her expert negotiation skills, streamlines the buying and selling process for her clients. Tina prides herself on taking a personalized approach, dedicating the time needed to understand each client's unique real estate goals and needs.

Outside of her professional life, Tina enjoys quality time with her family, cooking, traveling, and staying active outdoors. Fluent in German, she loves connecting with people from diverse backgrounds and cultures, enriching her life and the lives of those around her.
