Tina Griebenow

With a rich family history of living in the South Bay - her son and daughter marking her family’s 4th generation of native South Bay residents - there’s no doubt Tina loves and appreciates her hometown. Tina’s family has also been a part of South Bay’s history; from her paternal grandfather, who owned the original Bait and Tackle store on the Hermosa Pier, to both sets of her grandparents, whose homes in the Hollywood Riviera (circa 1920s) and in Hermosa Beach (1907) are still standing today. Tina’s roots, her personal experiences, and her local knowledge greatly serve her clients well. “Having lived here my entire life, I understand the importance of actualizing my clients’ desires of finding their dream home, raising their children or realizing their aspirations of living here...because I’ve done it myself.”

From her experience in sales and raising her children, Tina’s ability to think creatively and work efficiently has resulted in successful real estate transactions. She is quoted by saying “I had a listing here in Manhattan Beach, but the homeowners lived down in Orange County, so I offered them our concierge service. I oversaw the renovation of this house to put on the market, including repairs, renovations, and staging - the whole nine yards. If my clients are in or out of the area, I make sure their home is absolutely ready to sell.”
