Tina Lizzio

Tina Lizzio has been a licensed realtor in Florida since 2011 and a licensed mortgage originator since 2015.  Originally from Maryland, Tina moved to Palm Beach County from New Jersey in 2005.  She is the proud mother of 3 thriving children with Bachelor of Science degrees in International Business and Marketing from the University of Maryland.  After graduating, Tina began a 20+year career in sales and trading in the financial markets.  She became interested as well in all aspects of real estate (construction, sales and investments) as her father was a CPA, real estate broker and custom-home builder.  Tina learned all the intricacies necessary to create successful transactions.  Her experience in real estate, combined with a strong financial background, led her to become a licensed mortgage loan originator to support customers and other realtors in closing on their transactions.

Tina’s passion is to serve clients by supporting them in achieving their life goals which often includes the purchase and sale of real estate.  She is also a Professional Certified Coach with the ICF and a Certified Florida County Supreme Court Mediator.  These credentials, along with having excellent communication skills and understanding the importance of details in all transactions, have enabled her to deliver optimal results for her clients.
