About Tino

Tino Soto is a seasoned executive and U.S. Army veteran making a strategic transition into the real estate industry, backed by more than two decades of high-impact leadership in supply chain, retail, and e-commerce operations. With a proven record of steering billion-dollar enterprises and energizing diverse teams, he brings a results-driven mindset and an exceptional command of logistics, negotiation, and relationship-building—core competencies that translate seamlessly into real estate success.

Throughout his corporate tenure at Walmart, Petco, British Petroleum, and Tractor Supply Company, Tino led large-scale, cross-functional initiatives—from launching Walmart’s inaugural Fulfillment by Amazon (FBA) model to directing recovery efforts in post-disaster Hurricane Maria in Puerto Rico. His work not only improved key performance metrics but also transformed operational culture and talent pipelines, reinforcing his belief that leadership begins with people.

Now focused on the real estate market, Tino is poised to apply his strategic planning expertise, financial acumen, and bilingual communication skills to help individuals and businesses navigate complex transactions with confidence. His ability to assess market trends, maximize property value, and align client needs with data-driven solutions stems directly from his corporate toolkit—equipping him to lead with insight in a competitive housing landscape.

When he's not immersed in the world of real estate, Tino can be found indulging in his hobbies, which include studying the Bible, creating memories with his family, hosting friends, and savoring sporting events. Family holds a special place in Tino's heart, and he cherishes spending quality time with his wife Silvana and their children.

Tino’s mission remains the same: to serve with integrity, deliver measurable results, and cultivate trust at every stage of the journey—whether it’s building supply networks or helping families find their dream home.
