Since becoming a Realtor, Toby Feller has carved a career in Real Estate known as much for her versatility as she is for her personability. Originally from Livingston, New Jersey, Toby relocated to Boca Raton in 2011 – a time when the community and nation at large were still reeling from the 2008 housing collapse. After a short transition to real estate, Toby has dipped into every possible scenario, working tirelessly for every client’s unique individual needs. Toby has served both the young upstart, first-time home buyers, and the downsizing retiree alike, providing a solutions-oriented, problem-solving approach that has made her one of the more dynamic and effective Realtors in Boca Raton.

Toby knows to expect the unexpected, and it is when unforeseen problems arise that she truly shines. While everyone hopes their real estate transaction is simple and seamless, it’s important to know they have an agent who is both an effective negotiator and a compassionate person. Her years as a nonprofit executive gave her the background she needed to transition to real estate without trouble. Between managing 500+ employees, maintaining donor relations, and negotiating with local governments, vendors, agencies, and contractors, Toby’s professional life has provided a skillset perfectly tailored for Boca Raton Real Estate. When not working, Toby enjoys life with her husband, two daughters, and two dogs. Her favorite part of living in Boca Raton is the year-round favorable weather, long walks amidst the beautiful scenery on the many trails throughout Palm Beach county, and volunteering at local nonprofits.
