About Toby
Toby's knowledge and experience, as well as her negotiating expertise, serve all of her clients well. Previously a forensic scientist performing DNA, serology, and toxicology analysis, Toby is dedicated to bringing her acute attention to detail and analytical skills to better serve her real estate clientele. Toby's main focus is on working with sellers to price, list, and sell their homes in the most efficient and profitable way for the client. Once an offer is written for a listing, Toby negotiates for the seller and focuses on obtaining the best price, in the least amount of time for the best terms. Excellent service and communication are always top of mind for Toby.

Toby grew up in Northwest Indiana Family comes first, she strives to capture every moment with her husband and kids. She enjoys running, camping, and spending time with her family. Toby's amazing husband, Bill, is a Fishers Police Officer.
