About Todd

Todd Armstrong: From Military Precision to Real Estate Excellence

Todd Armstrong's journey from military service to elite real estate consulting is a testament to his dedication, discipline, and commitment to excellence. Originally from Covington, Kentucky, just across the river from Cincinnati, Ohio, Todd began his distinguished Naval career in 1986 at the age of 17. He honed his technical expertise as an Aviation Electrician and Electronics Specialist, with his first duty station at NAS Cubi Point, Philippines. From there, he made his way to San Diego, serving at NAS Miramar, where he worked on one of the most iconic fighter jets in history — the F-14 Tomcat. Over the course of a 23-year military career, Todd completed multiple overseas deployments on three aircraft carriers, ultimately retiring in San Diego as a Senior Chief Petty Officer.

Following his military service, Todd continued to serve his country as a civilian contractor and Lead Field Engineer for General Atomics. As a Deployment Team Leader, he led missions in Iraq and Afghanistan, supporting combat operations with armed Unmanned Aerial Vehicles (UAVs). His leadership played a critical role in global missions such as Operation Enduring Freedom and the Iraq War, where discretion, strategy, and precision were paramount.

Today, Todd applies these same principles of leadership, integrity, and discretion as a premier Real Estate Consultant with Compass. He serves as the Founder of the Compass Military Division and is a member of the exclusive Compass Sports & Entertainment Division. His unique military background allows him to provide trusted representation to a clientele that demands privacy, security, and strategic decision-making.

Todd's network extends across top brokers, agents, attorneys, and business managers, ensuring that each client's real estate goals are met with professionalism and care. His clientele includes high-profile figures in professional sports, music, and entertainment.
