Todd's success as a real estate investor and restaurant entrepreneur, coupled with twenty years in the mortgage and financial industry, have given him a distinct perspective that will provide sellers and buyers, first-timers and seasoned investors, an edge. His transparent and direct style provides clarity, comfort and an honest, breath of fresh air. Todd and his wife began coming to the Hudson Valley, from Brooklyn, in 2012. At first, it was simply to get away. By 2015, they found themselves traveling up almost every weekend. So, in 2016, they bought a home and began to implement a plan to relocate full time. Three homes and a new restaurant business later, they are well on their way to achieving that goal. By joining the Upstate Curious Team, it truly feels like the plan has been fulfilled. Todd has had the privilege of working for some of the world's largest financial institutions including Merrill Lynch, Bank of America and HSBC. Two decades of on-the-job training that have prepared him to better serve you.
