Todd Bouchard

Hello! I ‘m Todd Bouchard, a Realtor at Compass Realty in Philadelphia, PA and excited to be a part of the Philly and the Burbs team! I am a United States Army Veteran with extensive sales experience. I want to help eliminate the stress of buying and selling homes for my clients and support them at every step!

I’m not just an average realtor as I have a true passion for real estate and helping my clients make the best decisions possible. After going through it myself I understand the importance of helping clients find not only a home but a good investment. My experience with the VA loan process also positions me to provide support and insight to other veterans going through the home buying process. 

When I’m not at work I can be found walking my two dogs Rafi and Tucker around Rittenhouse or watching them play at the Schuylkill River Park. I want to help my clients find neighborhoods that they enjoy exploring as much as I enjoy exploring mine. I also enjoy playing basketball and watching sports on the weekends.  

My ability to put everything I have learned from the Military directly into my work allows me to give you the best experience from start to finish! I look forward to working with you.
