About Todd
Todd has a simple motto - Listen first, respond second. An excellent communicator and a skilled negotiator, he prides himself on listening intently to clients needs and helping them reach their goals. Placing client interests first and always providing exceptional service has earned him a stellar reputation in the real estate community and the loyalty of his 1,000+ clients.

He started his career in Real Estate in 2000 and owned the top 38th Real Estate team in the Nation at a different brokerage, before relocating to Austin in 2007. One of the first agents at Compass Austin, he and his business partner Michelle Jones manage the Grossman & Jones Group - ranked as the #1 Team at Compass Austin in 2021 and named the 2nd highest producing team in all of Austin, by Austin Business Journal. Todd is also honored to be a member of the top 40 luxury agents of Austin, by the Luxury League Austin, specializing in the Lake, Luxury and Hill Country markets.

On the personal side, Todd is a loving Husband and Father and enjoys spending time with his family. He and his wife Nina have two older teenage children, Alec & Abrianna. Alec is a Freshman Pitcher at the University of Texas in Austin where he attends the McCombs Business School. Abrianna is a senior in high school and a talented dancer with the Lake Travis Cavellettes. When he is not selling beautiful homes, you will find him supporting his kids events or cruising on Lake Travis.
