Born and raised in Lake Zurich and now a proud Hawthorn Woods resident, Todd’s roots run deep in the community he serves. He knows these towns inside and out—after all, he spent his childhood riding his bike through their neighborhoods. That lifelong connection fuels his passion for helping clients find their perfect place here. Todd takes a true partnership approach, empowering each client to make confident, well-informed decisions when buying or selling their homes.

With a background in hospitality and special events, he has a unique talent for turning what could be a stressful process into an enjoyable and memorable journey.

Whether it’s a lakefront getaway on the Chain or in Wisconsin, a single-family home to flip or rent, or a large multifamily complex, Todd’s hands-on experience and market insight make him a trusted partner from start to finish.

Todd’s commitment to service extends beyond real estate. He and his wife founded the Klein Foundation, which raises over $20,000 annually for local children’s charities. He also serves on the board of the Revive Center for Housing & Healing and is an active member of the Hawthorn Woods Sustainability Committee.

When he’s not helping clients, volunteering, or out on the golf course, Todd enjoys spending time at home in Hawthorn Woods with his wife, two children, and their dog.
