Todd lives with his family of 4 in Solana Beach in North County San Diego and also splits his time in Maryland.  He is a licensed Realtor in 4 jurisdictions - CA, DC, MD, and VA - with significant experience in helping clients relocate in and out of state.  He is a Founding Agent of the first Compass office outside of NYC and is still the Principal of the Vassar Broermann Group of Compass DC. A team of 4 agents that has closed over $900,000,000 in total team sales and assisted hundreds of clients.
