About Todd

Todd has been a trusted real estate advisor for 15 years and has helped hundreds of clients buy and sell property. He has been among the top 1% of Realtors nationwide for over a decade. As a former attorney, he has a unique blend of legal training, negotiation expertise, and drive to satisfy the most discerning clients. He has an eye for design, understands luxury at all levels, and has significant experience in preparing homes for the market - producing high returns with minimal investment.  He provides unmatched candor and the highest standard of ethics to advocate on his clients' behalf.

Todd lives with his family of 4 in Solana Beach in North County San Diego and also splits his time in Maryland.  He is a licensed Realtor in 4 jurisdictions - CA, DC, MD, and VA - with significant experience in helping clients relocate in and out of state.  He is a Founding Agent of the first Compass office outside of NYC and is still the Principal of the Vassar Broermann Group of Compass DC.
