Arriving in Boulder at night for the first time in 1985, the experience of waking up in the morning to feast your eyes on the Flatirons is a compelling first impression of this place! Absolutely one of my best life decisions, moving to Boulder to attend the University of Colorado began a life path to be grateful for.

work in the hospitality industry at the Flagstaff House Restaurant as a busboy and then working all the way to senior waiter over a few years while in school gave a great professional foundation to build from. Delivering a high quality and thoughtful experience based in knowledge and intention while serving many different types of people all at once taught many lessons. 

Starting work in the real estate industry in 1990, Tom's mantra was "Results are Priority One"! This mission statement keeps the goal firmly in mind from the beginning of my engagement with those who trust me with their goals. Equally adept at serving first-time sellers and buyers as multiple time investors across price ranges throughout the Boulder/NW Denver metro area communities, decades of experience and continual learning keep Tom sharp in advocating for his clients. The vast majority of the opportunities to serve come from past clients and their referrals, and I'll always approach client dealings with careful listening while handling the many aspects of our work together with good humor and skill.

Tom enjoys the outdoor lifestyle of the community and spends time hiking, cycling, skiing, enjoying live music, and patronizing the wonderful Boulder area restaurant scene when he's not working for you.
