Tom has been in real estate all his life. As the son of a residential developer, he grew up in the business. Summers working on construction sites led to full-time work in the family office and soon after an 18-year career in the new construction industry. As a Partner in Dilsheimer Communities, Tom oversaw the sales and marketing of new home communities in Pennsylvania, Delaware and North Carolina and was involved in the development and sale of over 2,000 new homes. The experience was invaluable and aided Tom when he transitioned to a successful second career selling real estate in the Delaware Valley.
In the decade since Tom has become a leading Realtor in the Philadelphia area, representing hundreds of buyers, sellers, and developers with an unwavering commitment to excellence and a can-do, client-first attitude. From modest starter homes to grand mansions, investment properties to new construction projects, Tom has sold them all.
