Tom Fendley

Tom Fendley is passionate about building healthy, prosperous, and ecologically sustainable communities. As a REALTOR®, Tom prides himself on helping his buyers make their dream home a reality in beautiful Sonoma County and helping sellers get the highest possible price for their properties. He understands that both require having a firm understanding of the market and his clients needs and desires, as well as being consistently available and responsive.

Tom is a native Chicagoan who also spent several years in Boston. Like many transplants, he was drawn to Sonoma County's beautiful weather, organic farms, and natural areas. He is passionate about healthy ecosystems and understands the crucial role played by property owners in wildlife habitat preservation and conservation.

In his free time, Tom enjoys working in his native plant gardens, frequenting local restaurants and bars, and exploring our gorgeous county with his two dogs, Gracie and Huckleberry. He also serves on the board of Solar Rights Alliance, which organizes homeowners who've gone solar or want to go solar.
