"It seems like overkill to rate someone 5 stars on every factor, but Tom truly outperformed in each area. We chose Tom as our realtor not only because he has partnered successfully with my family in the past and we knew we could trust him, but also because he's been working in our target area for many years and brings with him all that experience. I'm the kind of person that needs to know all the details and have all the information before I can make a decision, and Tom had a detailed answer for every question I threw his way. He even anticipated the questions I didn't know to ask and answered those as well. That was particularly impressive. He knows his stuff. "In the summer of last year, I was looking to sell my house in Tracy after deciding that San Diego would be my family’s permanent home, at least for the next 5 years. I reached out to Tom because he was my friend and I thought that we could both benefit if I hired him as my real estate agent. Also, he was really the only person I could trust to be my eyes and ears on the ground, since I was 500 miles away from Tracy. With Tom, I would describe the entire process as smooth yet aggressive, in comparison to my past experiences working with other professionals in the real estate industry. If there was an open issue or if something needed to be discussed, Tom would initiate the lines of communication to make sure that we, his clients, were up to date on the important information.
