Over the years, I've learned homes are not about brick and mortar. They are about people and families and their hopes, dreams and sorrows. Yes, it’s also your biggest investment. I don’t forget that very important responsibility, but I also have vowed to remember this is an emotional process. I carry that with me to every appointment.

I believe in checklists for finding a home, making an offer on a home, and closing on a home. I also have checklists for preparing your home for sale, pricing your home, listing your home, and marketing your home.
