Whether it’s a sleek city condo or a hillside retreat, Thomas brings a hands-on approach and a sharp eye for what makes a property truly shine.  With decades of personal experience in homeownership, remodeling, and design, Thomas goes beyond what most agents offer. He walks buyers through disclosure reports, helps them understand the bones of a house, and teaches them what to look for—especially first-timers. For sellers, he’s often found on-site pointing out which improvements will pay off and how to prep a home to stand out in a competitive market.

Before real estate, Thomas built a career in media production, creating content for television, biotech, healthcare, and nonprofits—his work has even aired on CNN and the Travel Channel. That storytelling background now helps him craft compelling, high-impact marketing for the homes he represents.  Thomas has also been active in community service, from serving on the board of a pediatric hospital in Mexico to mentoring high school students in Hawaii and supporting nonprofits like Feeding America and Promise2Kids.  Originally from the Bay Area, Thomas holds a degree from UC San Diego and a Master’s in Finance.
