“Tom was a tremendous help in our home buying experience. We were relocating from out of the area, and so we needed to make sure that during our occasional trips to town we were able to see as many properties as possible and get additional color on micro neighborhoods that is hard to discern from just looking at online listing sites. Once we found the right home we had to work quickly as seller wanted a short close, Tom was crucial to get all the inspections and other processes done quickly and ahead of schedule. We had an issue on our end with the lender (completely unrelated to Tom) at the date of closing, during which Tom did a great job stepping in to make sure everyone was communicating between the loan agent, the escrow company, and the seller's agent. Tom currently lives in Carlsbad with his wife, two daughters, and dog Boomer. He enjoys the beach, camping, snowboarding, traveling, and any activity that involves being outdoors with his family.
