Hi! I’m Tommi Kanotz. I’m originally from Pittsburgh, but I made the move to beautiful Sarasota in 2022—and I haven’t looked back since.I’ve always had a strong interest in home design, architecture, and connecting with people, which naturally led me to real estate. It allows me to combine everything I’m passionate about: beautiful homes, helping others, and building lasting relationships.What truly drives me is the excitement of helping people find a place they genuinely love—whether it’s their first home, a vacation property, or their forever dream home. I take the time to understand what matters most to each client and work closely with them to bring that vision to life. My goal is always to go above and beyond, and I deeply value the trust my clients place in me during such an important milestone.

I also place a strong emphasis on continuing education in the real estate market, contract laws, and industry trends so I can better serve my clients. I believe an informed client is a confident one, and I strive to make every transaction as smooth, stress-free, and successful as possible.I work with buyers, sellers, and renters throughout Florida. On the west coast, I serve clients from Hernando County down to Collier County—and everywhere in between. I also assist clients on the east coast, from St. Lucie County to Miami-Dade. When I’m not showing homes or negotiating contracts, you can usually find me reading a good book, exploring local restaurants, or enjoying the Florida sunshine while getting in a great workout. I believe real estate should be both exciting and enjoyable—and I’m here to make sure it is.
