Tomoko’s career began in Tokyo as a commercial real estate broker, where she focused on office establishment and relocation services for international companies, including Fortune 500 companies and foreign government entities such as embassies and New York state local offices. In 1995, she moved to New York City and began a new chapter in residential real estate.
Over the course of her career, Tomoko has worked with buyers, sellers, landlords, and renters, providing her clients with a lifetime of real estate experience and a cheerful and sincere work ethic that has left many satisfied customers. With over 28 years of living in Manhattan, she has made the city her second home and is happy to continue working there, using her deep knowledge of the NYC real estate market to help her clients find their dream homes.
Tomoko is committed to alleviating her clients' stress and facilitating smoother transactions, providing peace of mind even during long and complicated deals. As a seasoned real estate professional and property owner, she owns two properties and is actively renting one, which allows her to offer better assistance as an investor, not just a homeowner. This unique perspective enables her to understand the needs and desires of all parties involved—whether they are owners, landlords, buyers, or tenants.
Outside of work, Tomoko enjoys traveling the world, exploring new cultures, architecture, and nature, as well as going on cruises, hiking, trekking, and cycling. She is passionate about learning Italian and finds joy in trying new things. Born and raised in Japan, Tomoko has families and friends across the globe, including Asia, Europe, and Australia, maintaining strong connections that reflect her international mindset and diverse clientele.
