Over Thirty Five Years Real Estate sales experience combined with a continued quest for education has kept Toni Ludwig in the forefront of knowledge, enabling her to exercise the highest standards of professional and ethical care for her clients. Toni has earned the following designations: GRI- Graduate Realtors Institute, QSC- Quality Service Certified, Global Relocation Specialist. Toni is committed to bi-annual Legal Update courses to keep up to date on the current Laws & Ethics offered for a California REALTOR Designation.

Toni is also a member of the International Toastmaster s Club, has served as President of her club, and has been awarded Toastmaster Of The Year.

Toni s greatest joy, because of her personal achievement in Interior Design, has been in counseling clients on the preparation of their property for sale. She has developed some unique concepts which have consistently allowed her clients to achieve the highest sales price for their homes in the shortest time.

Her passion lies in negotiating the best price, while incorporating a 97% success level in procuring a home for her buyers sooner, rather than a lengthy process of offerings that don't get accepted.
