"Tony helped us move across the country from Pennsylvania to Colorado. We have three kids so you can imagine the moving process is stressful if you are moving 5 miles away let alone across the country!
From the beginning Tony was super responsive and helpful in determining what our needs were, mapping MLS searches by school zone (schools were a big part of our criteria) and helping connect us with resources. Throughout the home buying process he was able to share feedback and recommendations to us for the Colorado/Denver metro market as it is a lot different than the metro area where we lived.
We visited CO to look at a ton of houses and Tony took us around to see 15 houses in one day, despite being in the middle of a snowstorm. We thought we found the home for us, but after returning home decided it was not a fit and were forced to find another home (remotely) Tony knew we were under a deadline as our house was already under so he cleared his schedule and went to see 10 houses on our behalf and video conferenced us in via FaceTime!
We eventually found our dream home in Lakewood and I can say confidently that we would not have been able to do so, with as little stress as we did without Tony's assistance. He even attended our closing to make sure everything went smoothly despite the fact that we did a mail-out (and didn't attend physically) He is an example of a person that goes above and beyond for his clients, and genuinely cares about his business.
