About Tony
Tony Zizzo is a multi-family specialist for The R&Z Group of Compass Commercial, he exclusively represents buyers and sellers in the acquisition and disposition of multifamily assets throughout the Bay Area, CA & Austin, TX. With over nine years of experience in real estate, Tony brings specialized market knowledge and insight to every transaction. Tony has sold $875,000,000+ and 200+ transactions in his career. Born and raised in San Jose, CA and an alumnus of San Jose State where he played Division I football. Tony has strong roots and knowledge of the Bay Area market and has since grew The R&Z Group to cover major markets such as The Bay Area, California and Austin, TX

Prior to working in real estate, Tony worked in the venture capital space, helping to grow a San Jose business as a leading Sales Director to a valuation of over $250 million and 200+ employees. He received multiple sales recognition and top salesperson awards. A graduate of San Jose State with a degree in communication and a focus in marketing, Tony currently holds a California real estate license as well as a Texas real estate license. Tony also has a certificate in real estate development that has allowed him to work actively with some of the most prominent developers, city council members, and owners. Tony along with his business partner Ray, are the managing partners of The R&Z Group which has completed $950,000,000+ in sales and 250+ transactions to date.
