Torin came into the real estate industry with one mission – to change people's perception of the real estate industry and offer the public someone they can truly trust with the largest sale/purchase of their lives. In an industry where people are always focused on receiving value, Torin wanted to lead with giving value. He uses his Instagram page, @torinhanlon, to do just that. His goal is to better educate consumers by offering tips and tricks of the trade, as well as insight and knowledge on current market conditions, so that they can make more informed decisions. He believes that full transparency will lead to trust and that trust will lead to a lasting relationship – after all, real estate is just as much relational as it is transactual.
Torin has a track record for putting deals together and lead his previous top-producing team in total closed transactions. He has a knack for negotiating and advocating for his clients to ensure they are getting the best deal possible. By always going the extra-mile, and not taking the “set it and forget it” approach, he has great success finding his clients homes before they ever even hit the market – saving them both time and money.
Being born and raised just 15 minutes north of Boston, in both Saugus and Revere, Torin has a truly authentic knowledge and understanding of the area. After graduating from the Isenberg School of Business at UMass Amherst, Torin moved to Melrose where he has now lived for over 6 years with his wife, Julianna, and Chocolate Lab, Griffey. Having recently just purchased his first home there, Torin has a genuine understanding of what it’s like being a first-time homebuyer, helping him relate on a much more personal level with his largest demographic.
