Tory has been a Woodlands resident for over 40 years and has watched The Woodlands grow into the unparalleled master-planned community it has become. Growing up in The Woodlands, an area that has been constantly evolving, he became interested in real estate and land development at an early age. He has extensive knowledge of the community, schools, and vast amenities of The Woodlands and South Montgomery County. Tory not only grew up here, went to school here, played sports here, but is now raising his family here. He enjoys working with both buyers and sellers and feels it is essential to know both sides of the real estate process in order to best serve his clients. Whether it’s The Woodlands or the surrounding areas, Tory spends as much time as it takes to ensure each client finds the perfect fit for their real estate needs.
Tory is an Accredited Buyers Representative and was named “Realtor of Distinction” by The Woodlands Operating Company. While serving on The Woodlands Development Advisory Board he was able to provide valuable firsthand knowledge and experience as The Woodlands continued to expand and develop. He established The Hearn Team with his partner Jenny Hearn in 2008.
Enthusiastic, caring, honest, and hard-working, Tory believes in developing customers for life. He and his family reside in The Woodlands where he enjoys coaching baseball, playing golf, and spending time with his family and friends.
