Tracey Chizlett

“Living life to the fullest, one home at a time” – Meet Tracey Chizlett, the real estate dynamo whose love for life is as infectious as her passion for real estate. A Minnesota native, Tracey swapped snowy landscapes for Colorado’s adventurous terrain and never looked back. Her career in real estate is peppered with enthusiasm, especially when it’s time to prep a house for sale. Tracey isn’t afraid to get her hands dirty – literally – if it means making a home shine for potential buyers.

When she’s not orchestrating real estate deals, you can find Tracey hiking with her dog Toby or friends.   A devoted ’80s, ’90s, and country music fan, Tracey’s energy and zest for life are as timeless as her favorite tunes. Whether she’s on a ski slope or enjoying football weekends with her family and friends.  Recently, Tracey and her husband bought a cabin back in Minnesota where they will go and wind down from their busy and crazy life in Colorado.  With both sons living out of state now they really cherish their times with them when they can get together.  Tracey brings her vivacious spirit to every aspect of her life, including helping her clients find homes that are not just buildings, but the backdrop to their life’s adventures.
