First licensed in Colorado, Tracey began working in the Tri-Valley real estate market in 1996. Since then, she has honed her analytical approach to provide her clients with insight and clarity. A relocation expert, Tracey has guided countless relocation companies and large corporations as they transition their businesses and employees to the Bay Area. Originally from Saginaw, Michigan, her prior experience training customers in the corporate world fostered a strong work ethic and passion for facilitating others’ success. 

Coupled with her strong listening skills, Tracey’s diversified background provides a foundation for the wisdom, clarity, and targeted guidance she brings to each client she serves. Past accolades include being dubbed best manager by Better Homes and Gardens in 2016, earning a nomination for Realtor® of the Year in 2017, and winning numerous top- producer awards throughout her career. She was elected Realtor® of the Year in 2021. Tracey’s passion for the real estate market is outmatched only by her love of her family. Her four children and seven grandchildren are a source of endless joy and fun. In her free time, Tracey can be found enjoying her kids and their families, practicing and teaching yoga, and being involved in her community.
